Would recommend either the Potting Shed or Pods as we have used before and enjoyed a good nights sleep Read less

The location, the peaceful surroundings and access to the local walks. We will be back but would not chose the Garden Room again due to the light but would book the Potting Shed or one of the Pod
Dislikes:
Just the bright green light over the bed

Location is great, house is lovely
Dislikes:
The plumbing was awful. The pipes to the sink banged like a pneumatic drill and it was very tricky to get hot water to the shower - there was plenty of hot water but it wouldn't feed the shower.

"Garden Cottage - a coastal country delight"
3 night weekend stay with mum and her best friend Toby the dog. This is a delightful all ground floor cottage with fantastic country, mountain and sea views, benefits from an enclosed garden big enough for Toby to frolic in. As experienced holiday homers I can say this was a really clean place, which as 5 star home owners was a relief. The kitchen, living and dining room are all in one space with broad patio doors to take in the view. Would rebook here without question Read less

Fresh roses. clean, view, wifi even in bad weather! Comfy beds, Great shower! garden. Proximity to RSPB nature reserve/Holyhead breakwater/country park, south stack lighthouse, secret coves, fab walks
Dislikes:
Being picky with the 4 for facilities as bathroom sink is tiny - it is more like wc closet sink and as tap is fixed makes it difficult to use. Best suited to party of 4 or less due to overall size.

"Great stay on Holyhead"
The Red pod we stayed in was lovely and very cosy at 'South Stack Coastal Retreats' and the en-suite was smart, the Lighthouse was breath taking, what a perfect area to stay in, would recommend this place to anyone. The RSPB cafe had a lovely breakfast and cakes too. A very quiet place and could hardly hear the wind when inside the pod. We've had lots of weekends away this year but this was the best by far, loved every minute and cant wait to go back.Thankyou Read less

The pod was fantastic so much stuff in such a small space. I was worried it would feel cramped but it really didn't. The door was open most of the time and it was lovely watching the sun set.

"Stunningly beautiful base to explore Angelsey"
On arrival we retrieved our own keys and entered our room. Some people apparently haven't liked that you pick up your own keys, but it was perfectly fine for us. The cottage we stayed in was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The views from our room (2) were amazing, looking out over the Irish sea and over to mount Snowdon. Everything about South Stack Coastal retreats was just right. Right down to the large roll top bath which my wife enjoyed a long soak in. Read less

A huge sized bed which was very comfortable. The area itself is stunning, only a ten minute drive from Hollyhead if you're using the ferry. A definite place to stay if you like beautiful surroundings.
Dislikes:
Possibly not having a cooked breakfast, but then we enjoyed the island and having our meals out.
